A well-established orthodontic practice in Ithaca, New York is seeking a full-time Junior Partner to join an established, patient-focused team. The ideal candidate is eligible for or already holds New York licensure with a minimum of 2 years of practicing. The Market & Demographics: Ithaca anchors a regional hub of roughly 105,000 people in Tompkins County and draws patients from across the surrounding Finger Lakes and Southern Tier counties. The county-wide median age is about 32 and the median household income runs roughly $74,000, with the city proper skewing younger and more student heavy. The local economy is anchored by higher education and healthcare rather than any single volatile industry: Cornell University, Ithaca College, and Tompkins Cortland Community College bring a large, stable student-and-professional population, and Cayuga Medical Center serves residents across Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Schuyler, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins counties as the region's referral hospital.
